I cannot believe that I have not posted about this product before now-almost seems sinful not to share it with the world. Being a Mom and a pet owner, stains are just part of everyday life around here, and I was tired of spending money on stuff like Resolve (sorry Resolve) and other stain removers that barely even faded the stain. So, I set out a mission to find a good, reliable stain remover. My approach was this: Buy one stain remover each week until try every stain remover on the market until I find a “the one.” It just so happened that the very first one I tried was IT! I purchased S-32 Spot and Stain Remover from Publix for just a couple of bucks. Yes, it works, and it is cheap! Even bigger score!! They normally have it on the laundry aisle near the other stain removers (top shelf). I remember the first thing I tried it on-grape juice. It was like magic-the stain disappeared-not faded-disappeared. Grape juice, ya’ll! Mom bliss! Now, it gets better than that…I have also used it on those old, dried up, ground-in stains, and it has worked very well. If you’re like me, and you like cheap and effective when it comes to cleaning products, you oughtta give this one a try.

  2. Confession: Stain removing is my quilt u pleasure…I love it & am known by my friends as a stain removing queen! I love researching period! Prior to kids my expertise & passion was legal research, flash forward a few kids, moved from corporate setting to domestic setting and now find true joy in researching & discovering new ways to remove stains.
Anyway, During our annual adult beach trip this summer, someone got a little excited and spilled red wine all over a white couch & one of the husbands had a mystery stain on his favorite shirt! Yay project time! Went to Publix to get my normal stain removing staples (baking soda, vinegar, rubbing alcohol, peroxide & coke –yes coke, that “beverage” can break down and remove most stubborn stains esp. oil based stains. Anyway, I came across this unknown/mystery product (S-32) that claims to remove a plethora of stains, so off course I had to buy it & test it out. Hands down S-32 was my most favorite purchase of the trip…maybe even for that month! This stuff is incredible…inexpensive (think $2.84 at Publix), no harsh chemical smell, a little goes a long way and actually quite gentle on clothes! My one regret, not buying more bottles of it…none of my local stores carry this product 😦
Verdict: if you come across this product, buy it. The general name brand stain cleaners look all pretty on the outside so don’t be deterred by S-32’s ugly packaging. With S-32, I have saved money, saved time & preserved the integrity of the stained item.
PS. With all those fake, paid for reviews out there I want to make it clear…THIS IS A REAL CONSUMER REVIEW. I came across the above blog post while I was googling where I can purchase more S-32…so the only thing I am getting out of this post is sadness bc I just ran out of it and want/need more now, like today and ugh, can’t find it anywhere!
